Important Things to Know About Sponsorship

You can't change your sponsor(s) later. Choose with intention. This is a permanent decision — which is exactly why the value stack matters so much.

You can join a team unaffiliated with your sponsors. Sponsorship and team membership are separate. You get the upline value stack regardless of which team you join.

Sponsorship has no impact on specialty divisions. Want to join Luxury, Land & Ranch, New Homes, Sports & Entertainment, or Commercial? Your sponsorship doesn't affect that.

Your sponsor should provide ongoing value, not just a one-time perk. Every person in this upline is actively coaching, training, and producing. This isn't a passive network.

* Front Line Agent First Year bonus: T1 earns 50% of rev share pool in year one. Remaining pool distributed as bonus to T1–T3.

The key point: Revenue share is paid from eXp's portion — never from the attractee's commission. The agent always keeps their 80% (or 100% after cap).
